TuttoNatura

IGT TOSCANA - SANGIOVESE

TuttoNatura is the fruit of a unique "symbiotic" experience. It is the result of viticulture and oenology that exclude the use of chemical products and respect the microbiological equilibirium of the vineyards and the wine. In the vineyards special attention is given to micro-organisms and mycorrhyzae (a symbiotic association between a fungus and the roots of a plant) that are naturaly present in the soil. Their presence is essential for the sanity of the vines and for the production of grapes that are the purest possibile expression of the land. Such careful cure of the quality of the grapes allows yeasts and lactic bacteria to be controlled without the use of chemical products in complete respect of the wine's naturalness. In this symbiotic vision between man and nature TuttoNatura is defined as a "liquid landscape", the sincere expression of a unique territory. SULFITES ARE NOT ADDED AT ANY PHASE OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
