Giardini Arimei Ischia Island - Campania
Giardini Arimei Estate is located in Forio, one of the most beautiful villages of Ischia Island.
Muratory's family has chosen this island to produce the three seasons wine: Giardini Arimei.
This passito secco has the name of the estate where it comes from.

Included in Naples' province, Ischia is also called "the green Island" for the luxuriant vegetation that covers it. On this Island the viticulture has millenary origins. The training system reminds to Greek tradition and differs from the Etruscan ones, typical of the middle Italy. The vineyards grow on the parracine, supporting walls, whose construction wa once an ancient art. Because of teh speedy development of the tourism, many of these vineyards had been deserted for decades but in the last years the viticulture of Ischia is living a sort of recovery, particularly in quality.
