Val di Cornia’s vocation for wine production has always been clear. In the last twenty years, the valley has reached remarkable quality levels for production of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot wines obtaining worldwide acknowledgements. The wines are marked Val di Cornia DOC and Val di Cornia Suvereto DOC, when produced in the Suvereto municipality.

RUBBIA AL COLLE WINERY Opened in 2008, Rubbia al Colle winery is made of a more than Rubbia al Colle produces eight different red wines: three Sangiovese wines, three Bordeaux blend (primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) and two no added sulfites wines. These wines were created to express the unique characteristics of the territory.
