RUBBIA AL COLLE WINERY Opened in 2008, Rubbia al Colle winery is made of a more than Rubbia al Colle produces eight different red wines: three Sangiovese wines, three Bordeaux blend (primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) and two no added sulfites wines. These wines were created to express the unique characteristics of the territory. They are made from the same grapes, but due to the diversity of the territory, they result very differently among themselves. The idea of discovering the personality of a wine, based on the environment in which its grapes are grown, is one of the basic principles of Archipelago Muratori philosophy.
